I was the lead employee responsible for the 2017 CalHEERs project. As a lead I was responsible for assigning cases, monitoring completion, monitoring the 45 day report, monitoring overdue authorizations, completing 30 intakes and working with the Management team to ensure our office was able to meet and achieve our goals. We were able to meet and exceed our 90 percent timeliness Goal.
I was given a blank slate to create a website the office could utilize. Utilizing my abilities in IT I created a central location for the office to place updates, regulations, and common links every worker would be able to easily find.
I created desk aids for the office, and assisted with the implementation of ConnectwellSD. I also created a section under the North Central SharePoint Site where questions and issues could be posted. I worked individually with team members to work through any issues and ensure understanding in the new system.
